Implement WPF app for client

This issue should contain multiple sub issues in comment. In the first phase find solution for:

• WebBrowser control
• Tracking control
• Pop up window show up
• Highlight HTML elements

Solution

Reason of decision

• Chromium based
• widely used
• WPF compatible

Currently this browser control cannot be accepted.

Acceptance criteria

• Get HTML tag info (id, classname etc)
• HTML is modifiable
