CSS problem on Android 4.0.3 ? #98

I'M using
Android 4.0.3
PhoneGap 1.8.0
jQuery 1.7.1
jQuery Mobile 1.1.0
Mobiscroll 2.0 (downloaded June 15th, 2012)

There is always some sort of grey layer above the whole screen when the picker 
comes up. Theme doesn't matter, the gray layer is always on top.  It works with 
on Android 2.x devices (3.x not tested)

With theme= 'android-ics' it looks even more weird:

Demopages in Android 4.0.3 Browser works.

I am also having this issue. Using Phonegap/Cordova 2.0 and JQM 1.1.1 with 
MobiScroll 2.0 in modal mode.

It is an android bug claimed to be fixed in Jellybeans:
