What does proteins.txt look like? #1

使用默认的davis数据，我先运行了main_pretraining，发现缺少.npy文件，在一番寻找之后，我发现可能先要运行scripts.py，但是在艰难地装好库之后，提示缺少proteins.txt，请问这个文件应该是什么格式的？能否提供一个能直接运行的版本？

I ran main_pretraining.py, it says it lacks a ".npy" file. Then I realized scripts.py may be run first. But the script.py lacks proteins.txt. What does the file look like? Can you provide an original file? And please upload a version of NGHNN-DTA that can run directly.

我后来找到这个文件，我去看了GraphDTA这篇文章的github主页。他们用了同一个数据文件，其中就有proteins.txt

我之使用的就是davis数据集中带的的这个proteins.txt，你看你能不能使用，这个代码我也没有跑通，很抱歉。

应该是遇到了问题，没有找到解决办法，我就没继续往下弄了。这个代码是挺久之前我看的，有的记不清楚了。
