incorrect version info. #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download 
http://peter-bochs.googlecode.com/files/peter-bochs-debugger20111224.jar (md5: 
ac772ec63b45e2003280dab9795c00e0)
2. run it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected:
1. the version number in the title should match the file name.
it should be 20111224.
2. no new version reminder shown, as it's the newest version.

Actual:
1. Version shown in the title is '20111207'
2. there is info 'Latest version available: 20111224' shown at the window 
bottom.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
peter-bochs-debugger20111224.jar
