Add timer to basic application #1

To test the very least basic feature, we'll gonna add a timer component to test the application on both first platform targets (apple and android).

Added the timer component on Pomodorino for iPhone and Android. Heading to the web one.

Finished the base timer component on web part, heading to improve the time management!
