FR: Use selected text for anchors initial value. #1

Typing the anchor in manually or even copying and pasting can get tedious. It'd be great if when you click the anchor button, it uses the text currently selected to create to fill in the anchor value in the modal dialog. It would also convert it to kebab case to make it valid.

For example:

If I have the text "Top 10 Craft Plugins" selected, it would set the initial anchor value to top-10-craft-plugins.
