I'm not sure what is causing this; I would expect it's either Craft or the Redactor Plugin, but it could also be the redactor-anchors plugin causing this (?). So I just opened this issue in the redactor repo and put a reference on the craft repo and now here so this is known on all sides. And hopefully somebody could confirm this is/was an issue and it is or will be solved! Thanks in advance!
