Here a some tools to do it:

Stl : A Simple STL Viewer with Three.js (tonybox.net)
2d : Free online CAD Viewer. View AutoCAD DWG/DXF, HPGL PLT, SVG, CGM, STEP, IGES, STL, SAT (ACIS®), IPT, IFC, OBJ, Parasolid (x_t, x_b), SolidWorks ™ (sldprt) files in web (sharecad.org)
