create an empty prototype for interiors only and adapt the faces with an exterior and interior side

Note : this is currently caused by the current model set. They don't distinguish between "inside" and "outside" (i.e. the wall has two face what can have "outside blank". This issue can be resolved by making a more complexe model set.
