Win7 X64 翻墙无效，仍有连接重置状况发生。

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 正常安装west chamber。test 
mode已启用，驱动已签名，安装过程无报错。
2. 访问youtube、blogspot等站点，连接被重置。
3. 重启无效。

What do you see instead?
Debug显示CodeZhang launched，并可以检测到GFW的DNS污染。
但是连接仍然被重置。

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version: west-chamber-win-0.04
OS: Windows 7 x64
