Fix 2 issues with time offsets #59

'20200124', 'HAMP-G', '21001:29401': This was a typo in my table. I checked and there is a clear 0 offset in G-band at 24660, 27100, 30800 compared to WF '20200215', 'HAMP-WF', '2034:28757' I have a -2 in my table, maybe that was some copy-pase issue.
