Link to short list #185

When showing links on the long list, and using a filter, add a link to a short list with the same filter

Oh, the short list does not even have filters.

Added filtering to the short list. Had to skip the "(..3 days)" marker, it was slow when going through the whole list. Makes no sense on a filtered list anyway. Now the location link in the short list points to the short list, and the filter line has a link to the long list with the same filter, just like the long list has a link to the short list with the same filter.
