Graph caching #300

Edited a volume of wine and the graph did not respond. 2w and 3m graphs did show it right.

Does the data editing code exit before it can delete the cache? Should it delete first and edit/append data later?

Added a setting to Apache config to tell the browser not to use cached versions of the graphs without checking with the server if they really have the latest version. Seems to work. Hard to test, as the issue happens randomly

Haven't seen it for a while. Pretty sure the server side works fine. Reopen if need be
