Make a list of people #332

Now that we can collect people for Restaurant and Night entries, it might make sense to make a page listing all people, or all entries mentioning a certain person.

Remember to split the (comma-separated?) list of names in the people field.

Better wait until I have added some more people in the system, to see what I can use the list for
