Reserve the `wordpress-cli` namespace on npmjs.org #23

Let available wp command on the local computer.

When user try to run wp command with or without any argument; It'll show follwing message;

... you will be a witness of something awesome in here :-)

Publish NPM module wordpress-cli to reserve the namespace.

npm install -g wordpress-cli
