Much modeling is being done in Unity via addon tools like Probuilder and Archimatix these days to do either parametric modeling or tweak the geometry.
Form Z is a better (intuitive) architectural modeling tool all around that can do everything parametric, and it's not based on overly-complex CAD stuff or buggy addons like in Unity.

It would be quite awesome to copy/paste geometry from Zbrush or Blender directly to Form Z, and vice-versa back to Zbrush and Blender.
