PHP Warning in ExportAction.php on line 59 #11

beim Ausführen des Exporter über einen Cron wird ein PHP Warning im Cron-Log erzeugt:

"PHP Warning: Attempt to assign property 'exporter' of non-object in /var/www/html/..xxxx.../vendor/heimrichhannot/contao-exporter-bundle/src/Action/ExportAction.php on line 59"

wird an dieser Stelle ein bool erwartet, was aber mit einer Variable belegt wird...?
