Install tool error #22

When i have a fresh installation and the database will create. So the install tool can not install the fresh database.

@baumannsven Sorry for the late response. I found some code may leading to an install error and fixed it in 1.3. Don't know if this was the error. Please add contao and slick versions in future issues and an error log.
