As a player, I want to see a visual representation of the scientist's happiness so I know when I should be looking to submit my painting.

Criteria

a visual element in the gameplay HUD is present
a combination of red and green colours are used to help distinguish how happy/upset the scientist is
the bar automatically updates as the player makes mistakes and increases the unhappiness of the scientist
max unhappiness results in an automatic fail
4 levels of happiness affect the players score (number based by 25% increments)
