Timer - Functionality

We want to set a silent timer to prevent the player from taking too long in game.

Criteria

• the timer begins to count down once the player starts painting anything
• after half of the level play time, the unhappiness level starts to slowly increase
• at the end of the level time limit, the player is sent to the results screen
