As a player, I want to be able to see and control my arm when performing tasks.

Criteria

Create or find a 3D asset to be used as a robot arm
Robot Arm is able to be rigged/programmed to move flexibly according to user input
Robot arm can be visually animated to grasp tools
Implement the asset into game in collaboration with engineering
