Describe the bug Error in mixed.gamma.estimation(norm.mean.values.temp$mean, num.genes.kept = 21000, : There are x genes with positive expression. Increase the num.genes.kept parameter to a value larger than that!

To Reproduce skeletal muscle: "EFO:0009922_UBERON:0010033_CL:0000646" "10x 3' v3_posterior part of tongue_basal cell"

can be done inside the gammaMixedDistEstimation function
