HpRace - improve /with system #3

Make an /w alias, and allow players to answer with /y or /n.

I thought the /yes and /no function would be deleted, and both players have to write /with ?

You could make a /with alias though, indeed

@CuBe-Teeworlds: yes, I thought that /yes and /no are too vulnerable against blockers, but the /w alias should be created.

also the race client client should have a gui for this (i did this some time ago)
