Settings app #10

Hey im not sure if im missing something but I see that you have a settings app, i used install.sh and chose qtile but the settings app does not seem to work/ have been built. Anyway I can manually do it?

The settings app is still in development and doesn't work as of currently.

The settings app is made using Tauri, so you can just have a look at it by opening the index.html in the settings app directory.
