P&L should reflect realized profit as well #211

When a position has been bought for $100 with quantity of 10 and then sold for $110 with same quantity this will not show up in our portfolio page. But we did do a profit of $10. This should show up in the portfolio page some how.

P&L YTD is a good measure IMO. This could mean all profit, realized and unrealized from year start until today.
