Distribution Library: Continue button too long #496

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When you see the "Recent updates" welcome screen, the continue button spans 
the whole width of the screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There have been users who reported they didn't know what to do. If the button 
spans the whole width, it apparently does not look like a button anymore.

The layout should be changed so that the button only covers a third of the 
screen width, centered horizontally. Or are there other suggestions?

I have a different suggestion on this issue's solution. Please check the group, 
I've also posted a patch for it.
