Add Google Translate TTS Service #363

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

If you are online, you can have Google Translate create an mp3 file with any
text - this is a nice option for a TTS service.
See http://danfountain.com/2013/03/raspberry-pi-text-to-speech/ for details on
how to use it.

It would be fine, if the function would be designed to easily change the
language of the TTS (de -> German, eng -> English)

I have just added a new action which uses this Google translation service to
send voice notifications to connected Squeezebox devices. Works very well!
