Change default fritzbox.ip-value #365

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unzip runtime #435
2. See openhab_default.cfg, section "Fritz!Box Binding"
3. fritzbox.ip is empty and commented.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As Fritzboxes are DNS servers to the local network and they set up "fritz.box" 
as their hostname, it should be better to set the default value to
"#fritzbox.ip=fritz.box"

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
