Koubachi binding does not start up correctly if activated before it is properly configured #372

The Koubachi binding has problems to start up since the Felix FileInstall 
bundle has been updated.

The problem is identical to the GCal binding (see issue 371). The suggested 
solution is to let the binding implement the ManagedService interface directly.
