openHAB http proxy doesn't finish requests #383

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure a sitemap Image widget with local url
2. Open sitemap from classic UI or image url provided in REST API response
3. See that image request never finishes. In classic UI it causes it never 
refresh if refresh period configured.

I cannot reproduce the problem.
With the demo setup, I call
http://localhost:8080/proxy?sitemap=demo.sitemap&widgetId=03020100
and it finishes immediately after loading (11ms).
