hdf5 IO #10

Working branch for hdf5 I/O.

Currently tested interfaces:

ezh5
HighFive

In the end this branch implements:

hdf5 IO with modified/forked ezh5.
- see https://github.com/natj/ezh5
- this seems to be the most elegant solution so far as it nicely relies on templates for type parameters and lazy evaluation for group/dataset creation
a simple method for saving yee blocks is added
another one for analysis blocks
and finally saving of every 3D AdaptiveMesh object inside the node

TODO:

improve file naming and directory handling
