jQuery UI page is not actually complete #1

The jQuery UI test page is just theme.html from their visual tests. The other pages should also be incorporated, either onto this page or as subpages - jQuery UI may need to be its own top level menu item for the style guide.

I found a nice jQuery UI theme for the jQuery datepicker: https://github.com/xwp/wp-jquery-ui-datepicker-skins. The nice thing about it that the colors change to match the Admin theme you are using. I can easily see this expanded to the rest of the jQuery UI widgets
