This needs a lot of work - it would be great if we could crib from an existing visual test (or tests) somewhere.

Things to include (not a complete list by any means): fieldsets, horizontal and vertical layouts, forms inside a meta box, and responsive for all.

@helenhousandi Here's a cleaned-up version of the forms page I've been working on. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

It's a heck of a lot better than what I've got now :) There's more that can be added (meta boxes, for instance), but I'm all about iterative improvements. The only thing I would say would be to reference the submit_button() function either in place or in addition to the HTML for the buttons, but pull request away at will.
