"Add Remote Rule" isn't working #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.add remote rule

3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to create a new rule, but it doesn't.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Internet Explorer and Firefox on Vista.
