The spatial layer has been published to FBIS but NFEPA Quinaries still need to be added as a filter.

The quinary filters need be renamed as discussed in last meeting. @KSnaddon I cant see the file to extract these agreed names and they are not minuted. Please can you confirm in this ticket.
