Capture the fish data from 8 different studies received from Patsy Scherman

@helendallas I have entered all the data I could find, we will just need to sit and check it first, there maybe some data missing. I have added the spreadsheet to dropbox "Janette Only" folder.

@Janette-Lumley Please can you create separate tickets for each dataset, i.e. each study.

The remove all FBIS Site Codes - It is better to have these all as unique codes that reflect that they are EWR sites.

Try and find site descriptions for missing ones

Sampling date is incorrect format . needs to be yyyy/mm/dd

I changed collector to Anton Boo as he sampled the fish - please check others, Also updated Source to be the report in detail.

Please see example for RDM_Rapid Reserve Gouritz WMA 2014.xlsx

Please can you do similar for each dataset.

Check all site codes, e.g. this one is not correct J3KAMMEWR10
