Subdivide a MPCCD panel into 8 #6

Until swivel/tilt/twist refinement becomes avaialble, subdividing a MPCCD sensor panel (512x1024 pixels) into eight (256x256 pixels each) might improve the prediction accuracy.

I will do this by modifying geom2pickle.py.
