This fixes one previous limitation (see #270):
with a key signature of 7 sharps and a standard tuned guitar, note on 1st fret of B string is now named B# and not C-natural
Correct note name is displayed in:
score
matrix editor
fretboard
musicXML export (matrix and fretboard displayed only sharp notes names before)
Rationalization: correspondence pitch<->name is now centralized in TGMusicKeyUtils (moved to tuxguitar-lib)
