update SWT to 4.26 for macOS #571

should fix issue #355

I could build it for macOS 12 and 13 with github actions (thanks @G-eos), but I could not test the result. Proposal to merge into tuxguitar-next: I prefer to let master branch stabilize.

@helge17 : I also updated install.md and the build script, but I did not test it. It's possible I have forgotten other references to SWT 4.14 for mac. As I cannot test I will not merge this PR myself, feel free to do it if it works correctly (or else to close it)

I built your branch next-macOS on macOS 11 with SWT 4.26. It builds and runs fine, I did not notice any negative side effects, thanks!
