What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log-in HKG
2. Open any thread/post
3. Click on a username on left column, for example, 樓主's username

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: 3 buttons should appear, namely, buttons for, user profile, user 
blog, block user.
Actual: only 2 buttons shown. The button for "block user" is not shown.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Helianthus.annuus - Version: 3.7.10.4410 on Flock (Chorimum-based)

Please provide any additional information below.
I've kinda gone through all the options in Helianthus.annuus but could not find 
any related settings for such effect. Please advice if I overlooked something.

當啟用 Ajax化->Ajax化頁面讀取該按扭就會消失原因在於當時未有時間做到與高登的屏蔽系統相容為此當時亦加入了其他功能->用戶封鎖功能以代替高登的用戶屏蔽系統然而該功能亦並不完善不但未能同時於topics.aspx進行封鎖亦未能與高登帳號同步封鎖名單此問題將於v4完全解決至於暫時則只能建議停用 Ajax化頁面讀取或使用用戶封鎖功能
