Feature request: remember scanned plugins #312

It's annoying to have to rescan plugins every time I open Helio, it would be super useful if the found plugins would be seen even after closing and reopening

It should already remember the scanned plugins (although it won't if the app crashes). There could be some bug, I'll take a look. I'm assuming it's Windows 10? What plugins are you using?

I'm on win10, and I'm using VST, VST3 and CLAP (CLAP isn't probably supported atm but idk) When I opened this, it didn't save any of the plugins, but now it saved VST but not VST3 I just rescanned all plugins and closed the app, reopened, and now it worked properly??? (gotta love it when you change absolutely nothing and the code fixes itself)
