Adding AGU 2023 info to website #288

We need to modify the meetings page to remove the old AGU info and instead have the following:

AGU Sessions

AGU Fall 2023 meeting
- PyHC session: SH012 - Implementations in Python for Solar and Space Physics
  - Submit an abstract to the PyHC session here.
- Other PyHC-relevant session: SH001 - Adopting Open Science in the Heliophysics, Earth and Space Sciences
  - Submit an abstract to the Open Science in Helio/Earth/Space Sci here.
- Be sure to submit by Wednesday, 2 August 2023 at 23:59 EDT. Abstracts will not be accepted for review after this date.
