Updating Skeleton to v1.2 #10

Hey, I noticed that there's a new version of Skeleton out, so I:

  1. Updated the source files to the newest version of Skeleton.
  2. Removed the javascripts directory, because the new version is pure CSS.
  3. Commented out the javascript directive insertion in the generator.
  4. Removed the reference to javascript from the readme.
  5. Removed the dead image link from the readme.
