Hi there. Thanks for making this gem. It saved me some time in a client project, so figured the least I could do is update it to the latest version.

I didn't do anything clever. I just commented out one line in the generator that pertains to javascript, and dropped the new code in from @dhgamache

I didn't bump the version number either. I'll leave that to you, should you decide to pull.

@helios-technologies Would you guys update the gem or at least please make someone else a maintainer to the gem?
