@heatedlime Please review and confirm these updates are agreeable. Success Metrics also needs clarification. As the first assertion of any price after HIP completion fulfils the current Success Metric And docs.helium.com page updates is requested.

Changes look good. Added a comment to address success metrics.

I'll make a PR to helium docs and it can be approved if the HIP passes.
