Stops pulling blocks at 73282 blocks #157

The blockchain-etl is not downloading all the blocks. It downloaded until block 73283 and then stopped downloading and producing logs to console.log. Appeared to still be running as blockchain_etl ping replied pong.

blockchain_etl info height 1 1 73283*

I restarted it and it downloaded more blocks before once again stopping.
