add gateway type to hotspot record #175

when we launch light hotspots, it'd be nice to know if a hotspot can only transfer data packets, so that there is no expectation that it can poc with any neighboring hotspots.

mode in ledger exposes gateway type, so that can be added to hotspot endpoint and exposed in explorer.helium.com
