Updated Dragino Sensors and added new Sensors #21

Nice work. Would you mind keeping the same file name for the decoder, so the git log can present useful diffs? The version number is present at the top of the file anyway, so maybe it doesn't need to be in the file name as well?

No, because sometimes people are running the older version. and can't update them in the field. Dragino keeps each version seperate.
