Improvement - Ability to search and scroll through labels #1235

It would be great to be able to search and scroll labels: currently if we select a device and click on one label, we get to a page like: https://console.helium.com/labels/<label-id> displaying of the devices associated to this label.
On top of it there is a list of labels which is convenient but unusable for anyone having more than 5 to 8 labels depending of the screen width. The improvement would be to add a search/filter field and a scrollbar:

FYI, if you have a touch screen device you can scroll that label line left and right with a finger flick. I dont know how to do the same with a mouse/standard computer...A filter or search would be great.
