Please describe your issue:
I've tried to add a new device to the Helium console and its stuck on a "Pending" state saying that Device not yet in XOR filter.
I assume this issue is due to a failure in the update process wher updates aren't being pushed to the blockchain - i.e. the device keys need to be added to the blockchain and propagated to miners. Devices have been stuck in this state for a day.
I've added other devices only a week ago and there hasn't been any issue and the device can join without issue after ~20mins or so.
Are you using Helium hosted Console or running your own open source Console? Helium hosted console
